Head Accountant

We’re seeking a hands-on Head Accountant to lead the accounting team and support the financial operations of eight all-inclusive health clubs across Illinois and Wisconsin. Reporting to Senior Leadership, this role is deeply involved in the work — owning the month-end close, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and partnering closely with club and executive leaders to support strong operations and meaningful member experiences.

The ideal candidate brings experience in service-driven, experience-based environments and is comfortable balancing accounting execution with financial analysis and insight, with opportunity to grow into broader financial leadership as the organization scales. Location: Chicago (in-person)
Base Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience; role designed for a hands-on accounting leader with growth potential into expanded responsibility. Competitive benefits and potential performance-based bonus also available.
