SUPERVISOR: Assistant Vice President for Athletics/ Director of Athletics
DEPARTMENT: Athletics
Tiffin University, a proud NCAA Division II Athletics member in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC), seeks a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as the Head Baseball Coach. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the athletic program, including but not limited to recruiting, coaching, mentoring student-athletes, developing training plans, organizing competitions, and ensuring compliance with NCAA and university policies. This position requires an individual committed to academic excellence, personal development of student-athletes, and contributing to the overall success of Tiffin University Athletics.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Head Baseball Coach is responsible for all aspects of the Baseball program, including (but not limited to) practice and game preparation, recruiting and retention of student-athletes, hiring and supervision of assistant coaches, budget management, fundraising, scheduling, public relations, community service and strict adherence to all NCAA and university rules. This is a 12-month full-time position; flexibility with hours is needed.
