Head Baseball Coach

San Marcos Academy, a private Christian school in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Baseball Coach for our high school program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who desires to coach in a Christ-centered environment that fosters both professional and spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to mentorship, discipline, and developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Position Details:

• Part-Time / Stipend Position
• Coaching responsibilities include: running daily practices 4-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday with some Saturday practices or games
• Lead all aspects of the high school baseball program, including hiring assistant(s), tryouts, team development, and game-day coaching
• Must be willing and able to drive (transport players) to away games
• Model and mentor student-athletes in Christian character and sportsmanship
  

•  A committed Christian who is passionate about shaping young men through athletics
• Experience in baseball at the high school level (player and or coaching)
• A positive role model who values teamwork, leadership, and personal growth
• Able to communicate effectively with athletes, families, and school staff
• Some administration or coaching of athletic programs (preferred)
