Description

Father Ryan High School is seeking a Head Boys Basketball Coach who will embody our mission to be an experience of the living Gospel while challenging students to reach their spiritual, academic, and personal potential. The ideal candidate will be passionate and experienced while demonstrating faith, expertise, and leadership. This individual should excel in building meaningful connections with Father Ryan student-athletes, parents, prospective families, alumni, and the broader school community.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach relevant basketball skills, tactics, and techniques.
• Monitor and enhance team and individual performance by providing education, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
• Identify player strengths and areas for improvement.
• Offer guidance on health, lifestyle, and personal development.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs.
• Undertake administrative duties related to team management.
• Promote and support the development of the basketball program and broader athletics.

Requirements
