About the Role:
As our Head Coach, you’ll be the pulse of our studio’s fitness experience. From onboarding new members to leading sessions, from coaching up your team to managing performance metrics—you will lead with intention, precision, and heart.This is not just a coaching role. You’re a leader. A mentor. A strategist. And a community-builder.

What You’ll Do
Lead Training & Member Management
• Coach group sessions that are high-energy, personalized, and effective.
• Conduct assessments (3D scans, metabolics) and design data-driven programs.
• Guide onboarding meetings and member progress checkpoints.
• Align training with each member’s goals using our proprietary BASECK Method.

Team Leadership
• Manage and develop a team of Coaches.
• Run weekly 1-on-1s, quarterly reviews, and lead internal staff training.
• Monitor team performance using KPIs and hold your squad accountable.
• Assist in hiring and development of new coaching staff.

Sales & Member Conversion
• Support the Experience Manager with studio sales.
• Own the Paid Trial process: onboarding, coaching, and converting.
• Strategize and lead new product sales initiatives.

Content, Admin & Virtual Oversight
• Record educational content and manage Coach content requirements.
• Oversee virtual session technology and backup protocols.
• Ensure proper operation of the Accountability Portal and automations.

Reporting & Strategy
• Collect and report on metrics like member activity, sales, and retention.
• Track team KPIs: from supplement sales to member progression.
• Use analytics to adjust strategy and improve performance.

Operations & Support
• Act as second-in-command to the Studio Experience Manager.
• Help manage inventory, scheduling, and ensure smooth daily ops.
• Step in as needed to maintain a world-class member experience.

 What We’re Looking For
• Strong background in fitness instruction, program design, and coaching.
• Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities.
• Active fitness certification(s); bonus if you have nutrition or virtual training experience.
• Sales and member conversion experience a major plus.
• Great communicator who thrives in high-accountability environments.
• Tech-savvy with fitness software, social platforms, and virtual tools.
• First Aid & CPR preferred.
