Do you have both an appetite and a skill set for student-athlete leadership, classroom management, and academic excellence? If so, you might be intrigued by our latest role on #TeamTPH: Head of Academics for Windy City Hockey Academy Powered by TPH in Chicago, IL.


The Head of Academics will serve as the "face" of all-things academics, leading the individualization and customization of the Academy's blended learning experience for the aspiring-elite student-athletes who Study, Train, and Play with us. This very important team member will be able to make the Academy classroom their domain, and play a critical role in the development and advancement of the next generation of impact players


The Head of Academics not only leads the academic team in providing instruction and support in study strategies, time management, and other skills necessary for student success but they also work hand-in-hand with the Academy leadership to develop skills, behaviors and habits that contribute to the success at the Academy.


Education, Experience and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2+ years of experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and academic experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and teach/coach others.
  • Computer skills including Google Suite and ability to learn other software programs utilized by TPH.

Base salary commensurate with experience.  This position comes with full benefits.
