CORVIDA is reimagining how affluent families manage their finances. We’re building the modern alternative to a family office by delivering sophisticated financial management to HNW families through a combination of white-glove service coupled with AI-driven efficiency.
Backed by Fieldcrest Ventures, we are preparing to launch with 100 founding families in January 2026. This is your chance to be part of the founding team who will define not just a company, but an entirely new category of financial service.
The Role
As Head of Accounting and Tax, you will be the firm’s chief trust signal for high net worth families. This is not a traditional tax partner track role. This is an opportunity to help architect scalable systems, embed decades of expertise into AI workflows, and redefine what wealthy families expect from tax advisors.
You will:
Serve as in-house authority on complex, multi-entity, multi-state, and trust/estate taxation
QA all tax deliverables, ensuring compliance and error rates well below industry norm
Establish best-in-class service standards for high net worth tax clients
Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to translate tax workflows into AI products and tools our internal team of CPAs can depend on
Build and manage the CPA team, scaling processes as the client base grows
This role is as much about innovation and leadership as it is about technical depth regarding tax and accounting processes.
Why This Role Matters
Expert Authority – Your expertise assures clients that we can deliver on its promise of family-office caliber service.
Subject Matter Expert – Your knowledge becomes the foundation of the AI workflows we will build that allow CPAs to serve at scale.
Quality Guardian – You will safeguard our reputation during its most critical launch phase by ensuring we adhere to the best practices and QA standards.
Join Us
CORVIDA is not hiring employees. We’re assembling a team of builders — people who will own and shape the future of tax and financial services.
If you’re ready to redefine tax advisory and architect the systems that make it possible, we’d love to talk.
