About SOLFL
SOLFL is a new movement in conscious education dedicated to cultivating spiritual intelligence. Our first school, SOLFL עץ חיים, a K-12 Miami Torah Earth School, offers a holistic curriculum that integrates spiritual practice, entrepreneurship, creative expression and ecology with academic learning-emphasizing the interconnectedness of all things.
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Admissions that will lead and manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience for families.
This individual will serve as a first point of contact for prospective families, helping them understand SOLFL’s mission, values, and programs while guiding them through each stage of the admissions journey- tours, applications, interviews, assessments, and enrollment.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, quickly growing organization is imperative.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in K-12 admissions and embody our SOLFL values and Torah Wisdom. High EQ with the ability to ascertain which families are a cultural match for our learning community needed. Knowledge of Veracross preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related K-12 school leadership role.
- Experience with Veracross preferred; ability to create systems and processes essential.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of culture and practices of a Torah community.
