Accountabilities
- Lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to build world-class data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams to implement data instrumentation and maintain high data quality.
- Ensure data pipelines are efficient and aligned with business needs.
- Monitor and optimize cost efficiency across analytics projects.
- Own experimentation and measurement foundations for decision-making.
- Build and maintain tooling for machine learning model deployment and monitoring.
- Identify opportunities for the use of AI technologies in analytics.
- Ensure compliance with data governance regulations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data and analytics engineering with stakeholder interaction.
- 2+ years of experience in people management.
- Experience with big data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
- Skill in productizing and maintaining data science in production environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, C++, and familiarity with software development best practices.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to align analytics engineering with business needs.
