The role of the Head of Business Development – Wood Flooring will involve:
Head of Business Development / Speciation Sales Manager position selling a mid-high end range of hard wood flooring Targeting architects and interior designers across the East Coast Capable of achieving $50m within 3 years Reporting directly to CEO Become part of the leadership team Opportunity to advance into GM/President of the US business Internal support from partner business with showrooms in New York and LA Will need to be self-employed and paid for your consultancy work
The ideal applicant will be a Head of Business Development – Wood Flooring with:
Must be commercially very strong working on large projects Ideally from hard wood flooring however not essential Must be hungry and want to grow the business into a household name Must be entrepreneurial Must have an eye for design Ideally have an MBA Want to make a difference and go above and beyond for clients
