Shift: Monday to Saturday
Salary Range: PKR 250,000 350,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Visa Consultancy Business. The role involves setting business strategies, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a track record of managing consultancy or service-oriented businesses, and the ability to achieve organizational goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery

  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, expand client base, and improve service quality

  • Lead, guide, and supervise teams including sales, customer support, and operations to achieve performance targets

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements specific to visa consultancy

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for management review

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and key clients for ongoing support and collaboration

  • Introduce process improvements to increase operational efficiency and client satisfaction

  • Handle escalated client concerns and ensure high standards of service delivery

  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance productivity and professional growth

Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Minimum 7 years of managerial experience (preferably in consultancy or business services sector)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

  • Proven problem-solving ability with effective decision-making under pressure

  • Strong understanding of business operations, sales processes, and customer service

  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office
