Head of Capital Markets

The Head of Capital Markets will be responsible for relationship building, strategic initiatives, business planning, capital markets and liquidity planning, and investor reporting. As the business approaches a new stage of growth, this role will have direct exposure to our funding partners, and play a key role in helping us build, scale, and manage our capital markets strategy and long-term path.

Responsibilities include:

• Help our CEO and COO drive the future of HealthBridge by building relationships with new funding partners, establishing diversified capital markets structures, and ensuring HealthBridge long-term success through thoughtful and innovative liquidity strategies
• Play an integral role with our Finance, Credit, Growth, and Product teams on overall business and financial planning and analysis
• Work directly with external legal, accounting, and rating agency counterparties on deal structuring and investment analysis
• Represent the business to HealthBridge’s current and prospective investors
• Drive end-to-end capital markets transactions, relationship development, and deal management
• Build and scale a capital markets team to support investor reporting and daily liquidity management
• Strong project management skills; team player / mentor / motivator / thought leader who can bring together people and perspectives to reach new solutions, build confidence and trust with colleagues across all levels of the organization
• A strong understanding of credit underwriting standards and collection methods
• Entrepreneurial initiative, determination and energy to contribute, coupled with a commitment to the highest quality standards and attention to detail

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• A BS/BA/BBA from a leading institution; MBA preferred
• Background in investment banking, private equity, consulting, alternative investments, or other applicable industries
• 7-15 years of Capital Markets Experience
• Deep knowledge of both ABS, risk assessment, as well as relevant trends
• And Ability to understand the various stages of equity investments and communicate that well to investors
• Strong vision for the capital markets team and ability to sell to prospective investors and other strategic partners

• Salary: Commensurate with Experience
