About Mason Interactive
Mason Interactive is a fast-growing, full-service performance marketing agency based in New York City. We specialize in driving growth for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Lead Generation brands, with particular expertise in the Education, Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle sectors. Our data-driven approach combines market insights with creative thinking to deliver exceptional results across Performance Paid Media, Creative Production, CTV/OTT, SEO, Lifecycle Marketing, and Email Marketing campaigns.



Location & Work Environment
This role offers flexibility in work arrangement:



  • Fully remote for candidates outside NYC and Charlotte areas

  • Hybrid option available for candidates based in Greater New York City or Charlotte areas



The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic Head of Client Development to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Director of New Business, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our agency's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional client experiences from day one.



Key Responsibilities
Revenue Leadership & Business Development



  • Drive sales strategies across our comprehensive suite of performance marketing services

  • Secure new business opportunities within DTC and Lead Generation verticals

  • Lead complex client negotiations and manage high-value prospect relationships

  • Establish and achieve revenue targets, with a focus on monthly recurring revenue

  • Identify emerging opportunities in our core sectors: Education, Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle



Strategic Client Management



  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers

  • Create tailored performance marketing solutions that align with client objectives

  • Lead proposal development and client presentations

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across our service portfolio

  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to service delivery teams



Strategic Leadership



  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis in the performance marketing space

  • Collaborate with our creative, paid media, and lifecycle marketing teams

  • Participate in executive leadership initiatives

  • Contribute to agency growth strategies and team development

  • Stay current with digital marketing innovations and industry trends
