About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Consumer Value & Revenue Growth to join our high-performing Americas team. This individual will lead pricing and promotion strategy across all states with a consumer-centric approach and execute directly with local distributors and account executives. It is a high-visibility role that directly shapes the growth and profitability of the US business.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is intellectually curious, highly analytical, and relentless in execution, whether you are a seasoned veteran interested in disrupting the status quo of the wine industry, or an emerging talent excited to take the next step up and make a larger impact. Alc-bev experience is highly preferred.

This role is based in the US, within commuting distance to Petaluma CA preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities Include:

        Pricing & Promotion Strategy

• Lead nation-wide pricing and promotion strategy development, and optimize state-level activity based on consumer insights and market-specific dynamics e.g. independent vs chain dominant markets, control states, franchise states, etc.


• Collaborate directly with the national account team and distributors to execute pricing and deal levels


• Develop strategies to continuously improve volume and GP growth, through analysis of performance / consumer / competitor data, and ad-hoc direct market visits


• Spearhead pricing and P&L development for innovation products
  
  Pricing Operations

• Ensure an efficient end-to-end pricing process, identifying and resolving issues with a continuous improvement mindset to deliver a strong process with simplicity, transparency and clear controls


• Manage master price grid from SRP to FOB and depletion allowance (DA), ensuring single source of truth


• Review and resolve discrepancies of distributor pricing and DA claims


• Own US DA and GP reporting
  
  Financial Operations

• Responsible for month-end reviews of gross revenue to GP by customer and product, creation of DA accrual and management of balance sheet reconciliation


• Manage gross to net revenue inputs for financial planning and forecasting cycles


• Lead US A&P management


• Support global reporting requirements relevant to the US

What You’ll Bring:

• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced qualifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.


• Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of pricing and/or finance experience; CPG experience preferred; alc-bev industry experience strongly preferred.


• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial systems (JDE, Hyperion), advanced Excel, and business intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI).


• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
