Job Description - Head of Content & Editorial

We’re not looking for a traditional editor. This is not about “running a blog.”Superpower is building the future of preventative healthcare—part clinical excellence, part cultural movement. We want someone to define our editorial voice across every touchpoint: from essays and interviews to products and campaigns.This role is for a health-obsessed creative who lives at the intersection of content, brand, and narrative. Someone who’s already been the voice behind something sharp. Think: Stripe Press meets Colossus meets Apple Health—if it were run by a founder with taste.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and lead Superpower’s editorial engine: longform, shortform, and narrative-driven assets

  • Define the creative direction for how we talk about health, longevity, performance, and human potential

  • Collaborate across clinical, product, and marketing to distill complex ideas into iconic content

  • Source and create content that people actually want to read, share, and revisit

  • Architect high-conviction brand storytelling—from our “drops” to deeper thought-leadership pieces

You Might Be:

  • A former founder with taste who built something beautiful but niche

  • A sharp writer with a deep health obsession

  • A creative from a brand studio or content-first company with a cult following

  • Someone like Tyler Martin, Sean Stewart, or a Colossus/Stripe Press hybrid

You Must:

  • Have a deep personal obsession with health, performance, and longevity

  • Be fluent in aesthetics, not just words

  • Have shipped original content or creative that shaped a brand

  • Be high-agency, editorially ambitious, and able to operate with minimal structure

This is a brand-defining hire. You’ll make Superpower’s editorial voice unmissable.
