Head of Corporate Reporting

We are looking for an experienced Head of Corporate Reporting to join our Provectus team. This role is crucial in managing and overseeing all aspects of corporate reporting (financial, management & statutory), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, auditing, good analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strong financial background with 3+ years of experience with Big 4 audit companies or next-layer audit firms (Baker Tilly, BDO, Mazars, etc.) or at a similar position in an international company.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and/or audit.
• ACCA/CPA/DIPIFR qualification.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently without micromanagement.
• Flexible yet focused on finding solutions rather than making excuses.
• High standards of business and personal ethics.
• Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of basic SQL/VBA is an advantage.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

• Knowledge/experience in the IT industry.
• Experience in automatization of finance.
• US GAAP.

• Leading Management, Financial, and statutory accounting.
• Leading Financial Audit of the Group.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal & external stakeholders.
• Implementing internal financial controls.
• Lead finance process automation initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights as needed to support business decisions.
