Mission:

Lead the company’s data strategy, drive data-driven initiatives, and ensure optimal use of data to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the data vision (governance, architecture, analytics, AI).
• Oversee data teams (data engineers, data scientists, analysts).
• Collaborate with leadership to align data projects with business priorities.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance (GDPR, etc.).
• Identify technology partnerships (Big Data tools, cloud platforms).

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in data management, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of legal frameworks (GDPR) and best practices (DataOps, MLops).
• Strategic mindset and strong communication skills.

Ideal Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in data-mature industries.
