Accountabilities
- Build and scale an account-based demand engine.
- Create predictable, high-quality pipeline for enterprise accounts.
- Operationalize data-enriched, signal-driven demand generation.
- Transform demand generation into a repeatable capability.
- Design and implement ABM programs across various channels.
- Integrate multi-channel engagement at the account level.
- Partner with Sales for seamless coordination on demand efforts.
- Lead a high-performing demand generation team and foster a culture of experimentation.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing.
- Deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing and modern demand generation practices.
- Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline outcomes.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort with diagnosing funnel performance.
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools and analytics.
- Execution-driven approach balancing speed and strategic thought.
- Ability to partner with Sales in enterprise settings.
