JOB SUMMARY:
The Head of Facilities is responsible for maintaining, overseeing, and developing the long-term facilities strategy for the full portfolio of BOTS locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES [Other duties may be assigned.]
• Provide strategic leadership for facilities and support operations, including maintenance, repairs, capital projects, space planning, and other bank initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership on real estate strategy related to purchases, sales, leases, consolidations, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, forecasting long-term facility needs, and prioritizing investments.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring performance standards, cost control, and compliance.
• Responsible for ongoing maintenance, business-as-usual projects, and managing incident response at physical locations.
• Manage and lead the facilities team, providing oversight and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Establish preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life and minimize disruptions.
• Provide oversight and direction for capital improvement recommendations, ensuring budget requirements and physical inventories are managed to deliver high-value services while controlling expenses.
• Work in partnership with the Director of Community Banking to provide support to the Retail teams, ensuring safe, clean, and comfortable workplaces for our employees, and maintaining the Bank’s brand at our physical locations.
• As requested by the DoCB, assists in managing special projects, ensuring that all projects and reports are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Makes necessary recommendations to the DoCB regarding the above essential duties and responsibilities.
• Stays informed and proficient in all applicable regulatory guidance and Bank policies and procedures, and serves as the Bank’s authority to communicate and train all personnel involved in the above processes.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly manage the Support Operations administrative and facilities teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex, multi-site portfolios. A Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or five to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, employees, or members of the business community.
• Ability to respond to the Bank’s Area Managers and other Senior Officers to effectively convey the Bank’s policies and procedures and general regulatory requirements.
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors both verbally and in writing.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
