About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Field Enablement to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a group of training specialists and content creators, with a focus on frontline enablement and pro and customer education. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of comprehensive learning strategies, including new hire onboarding, ongoing training, and career development programs. The Head of Field Enablement will also be instrumental in driving process improvements, evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, and continuously improving sales and service team performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, a track record of process improvement, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.Applicants for the Head of Field Enablement position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, with a focus on virtual learning and adult learning concepts.
