Summary

Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. Sorts incoming and outgoing mail and faxes. Handles general office service needs.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, Contact Management systems, order processing systems, database software, and Spreadsheet software.
