About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Global DEI to join their team. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as culture, including employee engagement, culture initiatives, disability, and employee well-being, particularly in the context of mental health. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing organizational DEI strategies, driving the culture strategy, and ensuring that the company's values are reflected in all initiatives. They will also be accountable for change management related to employee engagement and will work closely with various teams to support action planning and organizational change.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of DEI and culture leadership within a global non-profit setting. They should possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in leading impactful employee well-being and disability initiatives, as well as in organizational development and culture transformation, is essential. The role requires a hands-on approach to people management, deep policy acumen in DEI, and advanced stakeholder management. The candidate should be adept at business judgment, project and change management, and have a strong strategic aptitude. Familiarity with culture surveys, employee engagement surveys, and the resulting action planning process is also necessary.
