Overview

We’re on a mission to create trust in global trade. As our Head of Global Trade Compliance, you’ll be the go-to expert on customs operations and regulatory compliance. We’re looking for someone with deep, hands-on experience — ideally from a customs broker, freight forwarder, or trade compliance background — who can turn complex regulations into smart, scalable solutions.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in our headquarters in St. George, Utah. You’ll be an integral part of our team, working closely with customer support, product, engineering, sales, partners, and leadership to ensure our products and processes are built with compliance at the core

What you will do

• Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on customs clearance, import/export regulations, and trade documentation.


• Advise internal teams and customers on classification, valuation, FTA qualification, restricted goods, and documentation requirements.


• Improve our reconciliation processes and support enhancements to our duty, tax, and HS code logic.


• Shape product development by ensuring customs compliance is built into our solutions from the start.


• Provide training and consultation to support, sales, and partner teams on global trade best practices.


• Assist with processes related to duty drawback, post-entry corrections, and customs audits.


• Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement — then help close them.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of practical experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or a related field.


• Expertise with customs entries, HS classification, restricted goods lists, and documentation.


• Excellent communication skills — you can make complex regulatory topics easy to understand.


• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing decisions across departments.


• Bonus: Familiarity with ecommerce, APIs, shipping technology, or compliance automation tools.

What we offer

• $120k-$160k+ Actual salaries will vary based on various factors such as education, experience, training, scope, etc. The salary noted is just one component of our total compensation package.
