• Defining and delivering group-wide brand and communication direction as Verston scales across Europe.


• Anticipating change and leading communication that enables real business transformation and not just visibility.


• Acting as a close partner to Group CEOs during M&A, market entries, and other defining moments.


• Aligning priorities and ways of working with country / subsidiaries CEOs.
  


• Creating clarity and speed by equipping business with strong B&C frameworks, tools, and support.


• Building a global B&C team consisting of members dedicated to countries and subsidiaries as well as global roles providing support across markets. 


• Daily management of the in-house team and partners network to ensure consistent delivery under growth and complexity.

Bring along with you:

• Proven experience leading group-level B&C in a growing, multi-entity/country organisation


• Strong business understanding and the ability to link communication decisions to sustainable growth and profitability, preferably in B2G and/or construction sector


• The confidence to set direction and make clear priorities, even in complex or high-pressure situations


• A hands-on mindset with the judgment to decide what to do personally and what to scale through others


• Experience working closely with CEOs and senior leadership during transformation, M&A, or market expansion


• Emotional stability, resilience, and a calm leadership style that builds trust across diverse stakeholders


• Experience managing and challenging external partners while developing high-performing internal teams


• Advanced Estonian and English, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear and credible narratives and influence across diverse audiences: from machine and equipment operators and engineers to CEOs, investors, government officials, partners, media, and the wider public.


• A degree in related field and understanding of digitalisation and AI.
