Position Summary:

The Coforge Leadership team is searching for a Head of Human Resources – Americas. This leader
will be a key leader reporting to the Global Chief People Officer and work closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team. The role will focus on building and executing the human resources strategy, team, programs, and HR technology for Coforge Americas. This role is based in

Princeton, NJ.

Chartered with development and implementation of Human Resource change management efforts, workforce planning, total rewards and HR operations for

2000+ employees

in the Americas including US & Canada.

Advisor to senior management:

Help influence the strategic direction of the business by aligning Human Resource initiatives with key business priorities.

M&A, Rebadges and New Business Pursuits : Direct end to end HR processes including RFPs, Pricing, Client presentations, Contractual MSA and Purchase Agreement content, Solutioning, change management and integration; Provide Due diligence support and integration for acquisitions.

Total Rewards : Responsible for shaping, managing and delivering a total rewards vision and strategy. Includes management of

compensation and benefits

and shared services. Works closely with executive management to develop programs that are aligned to Coforge strategic objectives

HR Business Partner : Provides HR solutions and serves as a consultative leader and resource to the management team. Directs the development and implementation of programs covering employment practices, compliance, employee relations, mobility, rewards and recognition, performance management and succession planning.

Workforce Strategies : Lead the planning, design, implementation and communication of the company’s workforce strategies, processes, policies, systems and analytics for the Americas.



Leadership and Team Management:

Build and manage an HR Employee Services team consisting of subject matter experts in India and the US.


Improve HR productivity

by implementing digitized solutions in all areas of Employee Services. Manage budget and reduce overhead costs.

• Compliance:

Americas HR compliance representative to the CPO & Compliance Committee to help audit and resolve compliance gaps in all areas of HR.

Location Strategy

Experience in IT Services & IT Consulting and Technology with a diverse range of offerings including BPO, Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, Application Management, Application Development, etc.

Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work, and adjust to frequent workload fluctuations across multiple time zones.
Ability to work in a rapidly changing and diverse environment and comfort navigating through ambiguous situations.
Commitment to promoting an ethical workplace culture and supporting compliance processes and programs.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Minimum / Education Qualifications: BA / BS Under Graduate Degree is required; Preferred to have MBA or Masters Degree specializing Human Resources. Prior experience of HR Leader in USA.
