Head of Infrastructure

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Infrastructure to join their team in Limassol. In this role, you will focus on managing global networks, hybrid IT environments, and cloud-based infrastructure while ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. The position involves overseeing IT service operations, managing Level 1 Service Desk activities, implementing IT outsourcing (ITO) strategies aligned with ITIL principles, driving the adoption of modern technologies, and ensuring seamless IT support for business continuity and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), ITIL, Networking (Cisco/Aruba), and Security (CISSP/CISM).
• At least 10 years in IT infrastructure and operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing modern cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
• Strong background in outsourced IT services and support functions.
• Advanced knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with AIOps, observability platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in securing modern SaaS and IaaS platforms.

Package & Benefits:

• Salary depends on experience: 85K - 100K EUR Gross/ Year including 13th salary
