Position Summary
Do you bring strategic leadership, operational excellence, and people-first thinking to complex leave programs? Are you a seasoned leader who can guide managers, oversee multi-faceted functional operations, and shape enterprise policies that enhance compliance and the employee experience? If so, we are seeking a Head of Leave Management (L‑08) to lead our leave programs, manage a high-performing team, and partner with senior HR leaders to modernize and strengthen our leave strategy.
In this role, you will set short-term strategy for the Leave Administration function, oversee end‑to‑end processes, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, guide managers and professional staff, and manage critical vendor relationships. You will influence policies, negotiate with external partners, and deliver results that ensure employees receive the support they need while safeguarding the organization against risk.

Salary Range:
$110,350.00 - $181,285.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
