What You'll Do
- Scale Google Maps by growing and optimizing thousands of Google Business Profiles so they outrank competitors and convert searchers into bookings.
- Lead and coach a high‑output team—continuing to raise standards, accelerate speed, develop team members, and discover innovations.
- Own the demand side of winning key partner pilots—leverage new and existing channels to fill pilot locations with renters (helping to win pilots and unlock full portfolios).
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data to improve phone and web conversion rates, ship new features and automations, uncover insights, and improve operations for your channels.
- Own a portfolio of growth bets. Lead the prioritization of hypotheses and tests, generate learnings, and scale winners.
- Grow walk-in reservations by scaling and iterating on location signage programs.
- Own channel performance reporting, build dashboards, and share insights that keep the company, executives and board informed.
