Job Description - Head of Marketing, US

* This position will be 100% remote and ideally located in the Eastern Time Zone*

Summary of Position:

The Head of Marketing is the key leader responsible for developing the marketing strategy and brand presence of Neuraceq (FBB), future commercial products offered by LMI and corporate identity. The individual is responsible for managing the lifecycle, positioning, and product differentiation in a highly competitive market. To maximize brand market potential and competitiveness, the Head of Marketing will lead the strategic development and tactical execution of a compliant promotion plan through collaboration with industry KOLs in the field of nuclear and molecular medicine, neurology, and medical affairs.

Essential Responsibilities & Requirements (not all inclusive):

Assume full responsibility for LMI's strategic aspiration and operational targets associated with its first Marketing introduction - the Neuraceq brand and future LMI product offerings
Consistently identify new or expanded revenue potential and develop plans to realize opportunities
Conceptualize, develop and implement marketing plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
Concentrate on growing target audiences to accelerate the uptake for products and services
Lead a team to ensure the execution and implementation of marketing plans and tactics to achieve business results
Monitor the market and competitive environment in the US market to understand customer segmentation, medical and regulatory trends & paradigm shifts at an early stage and anticipate changes
Manage multiple agency relationships to drive brand positioning and execution
Establish - in collaboration with US leadership the FBB (and future products) brand positioning and brand communication concept, ensure a consistent roll out in all key markets
Build a strategic PR plan to highlight key milestones in clinical studies, clinical evidence and thought leadership to demonstrate LMI's role in amyloid imaging by physician stakeholders

What we expect:

To be successful in this role, you must be able to handle working in a time sensitive role with pivoting priorities. You will need to be stress tolerant, highly organized, proactive, flexible, and resourceful while working with multiple projects. Bachelor's degree or PhD in Natural Sciences, Medical or Business Administration. Additional training on marketing strategy, brand management & value differentiation is preferred; 5-10 years' experience as a Marketing Leader for a Biopharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical Company; Experience in the diagnostic imaging space; Proven product launch experience and management; Global Leadership experience desired.
