We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Head of Merchant Onboarding to oversee and optimize our merchant integration process. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize the entire merchant onboarding process to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and implement scalable onboarding strategies that enhance efficiency and support company growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, sales, and customer support teams to refine operational workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ensure merchants have a positive and seamless onboarding experience by identifying and resolving pain points through proactive engagement and process refinement.
• Monitor key performance metrics related to onboarding and continuously optimize processes for improved outcomes.
• Work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure merchants meet all regulatory and security requirements.
• Develop training materials and support documentation to streamline onboarding and improve merchant success.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure best practices in merchant onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement automation and technology-driven solutions to enhance onboarding speed and reduce manual processes.
• Analyze merchant feedback and data insights to drive process improvements and increase retention rates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in merchant onboarding, fintech operations, payments processing, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and improving operational workflows.
• Deep understanding of payment processing, blockchain, and fintech industries, including compliance and security considerations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to enhance onboarding efficiency and address operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple departments to drive alignment and success.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $100,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
