Position Summary
As the Head of Operations at Sully’s Steamers, you’ll be the backbone of our expansion strategy, working closely with the owner to drive growth while upholding our brand values. This role is ideal for a dominant, highly communicative individual with a natural talent for galvanizing and tenacity. You’ll be responsible for refining and executing operational systems, ensuring franchisee and corporate store compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence, community service, and employee care across all locations.
Responsibilities
Lead Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and optimize systems that guarantee consistent, high-quality service, outstanding customer experiences, and streamlined operations across all Sully’s locations.
Scale and Expand: Drive rapid growth by identifying and implementing scalable processes, facilitating franchisee onboarding, and opening new corporate stores aligned with our mission.
Develop and Enforce Standards: Ensure all stores—franchisee and corporate—adhere to Sully’s operational standards, providing training and support to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Cultivate Franchise Relationships: Act as the primary contact for franchisees, providing guidance, accountability, and support to foster their success and alignment with Sully’s values.
Build and Lead a High-Performance Team: Mentor and lead operations team members with a focus on tenacity and commitment to the company’s mission, while embracing and resolving healthy conflict when it arises.
Drive Results: This role is key to our growth strategy, and performance-based pay will reflect the direct impact made on our expansion and operational excellence.
