Make a difference as HEAD of Operations

As Head of Operations at LendSure Mortgage Corp, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our wholesale lending process from application to funding, ensuring a seamless journey for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with IT to enhance system capabilities, facilitating smooth integration across platforms, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), document management, and compliance tools. Your expertise in credit and underwriting policies will be crucial as you ensure strict adherence to non-QM lending guidelines and regulatory requirements. By establishing strong partnerships among the operations, underwriting, and IT teams, you'll align technological initiatives with our business goals.

Additionally, you'll develop and implement innovative process optimization strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Operational Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.


• Oversee day-to-day operations of the wholesale lending process, from application to funding.


• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement.

• Technology Integration & Innovation

• Collaborate with IT to enhance system capabilities, ensuring seamless integration between platforms such as LOS, CRM, document management, and compliance tools.


• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes, improve loan cycle times, and enhance user experience for internal teams and broker partners.


• Stay ahead of emerging mortgage technology trends, ensuring LendSure remains competitive in the non-QM space.


• Identify and implement AI-driven analytics and machine learning tools to improve risk assessment, fraud detection, and decision-making.

• Risk Management & Compliance


• Oversee credit and underwriting policies, ensuring adherence to non-QM lending guidelines and regulatory requirements.


• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry"s best practices.


• Business & IT Collaboration

• Establish a strong partnership between operations, underwriting, and IT teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.


• Serve as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring that operational requirements are accurately translated into technological solutions.


• Develop a structured roadmap for system enhancements, ensuring scalability and future readiness.


• Partner with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system inefficiencies, improving loan processing speed and accuracy.


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration between cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and technology adoption.


• Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of leadership experience in mortgage operations, preferably in wholesale lending and non-QM products.


• Strong background in credit oversight, underwriting, and risk management.


• Expertise in loan origination systems (LOS), process automation, and operational technology.


• Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and improving performance metrics.


• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
