About The Role

We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Clinical Operations. In this role, you’ll be leading our insurance team to analyze reimbursement data, understand our claims lifecycle, and develop our payor strategy. You’ll work closely with our Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to enhance provider support and improve patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  Analyze performance data using SQL/Python and other tools to track provider KPIs, surface key insights, and drive data-informed decisions

  
  


• 
  

  Own the strategy and execution of Mochi’s partnerships with health insurance partners

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of our payer partners

  
  


• 
  

  Work cross functionally with engineering, product, and clinical operations to optimize patient care delivery

  
  

Who You Are

• 
  

  Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience, STEM or related field

  
  


• 
  

  Strong experience with Python/SQL- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to solving problems.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, finance, or startups is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working full-time, in-office in our downtown San Francisco office

  
  


•

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $250,000 to $325,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
