Job Description - Head of Product

To help us revolutionize agriculture, we are seeking a Head of Product. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and combat climate change. As the Head of Product at eAgronom, you'll lead the development of innovative solutions that empower farmers to maximize the value of our platform. If you have a passion for product leadership and are excited to shape the future of sustainable agriculture, we look forward to your application!

Your tasks include:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities.
Define and communicate product vision and goals.
Develop and prioritize the product roadmap.
Manage the product lifecycle from idea to launch.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements.
Define and track OKRs for product success.
Optimize user experience through testing and feedback.
Analyze customer feedback for improvements and growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Prepare the product team’s budget.

You have previous working experience as a Senior Product Manager or Head of Product.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English on a business-level).
You have lead a team before.
You are focused on results, self-motivated and energetic.
You are able to generate ideas or creative ways for solutions.
You are located or ready to relocate to Estonia.
