Head of Product

About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead our product organization and drive the next stage of growth for our platform and support our current Product team and R&D processes. 

This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution. You will work closely with executive leadership, R&D, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define product vision, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions that solve real customer problems, in addition you will manage and oversee an R&D feature team in their day to day activities. 

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B SaaS environments, preferably in cybersecurity, fintech, fraud prevention, risk management, or enterprise software. 

Responsibilities 

• Define and lead the company’s product strategy and roadmap. 

• Translate company goals and customer needs into clear product priorities. 

• Partner closely with R&D to drive execution and delivery. 

• Work directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and identify opportunities. 

• Lead product planning, feature prioritization, and go-to-market alignment. 

• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. 

• Drive product discovery processes and data-driven decision making. 

• Build scalable product processes as the company grows. 

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership responsibilities. 

• Experience leading B2B SaaS products from strategy through execution. 

• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams. 

• Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. 

• Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, fraud prevention, payments, or enterprise platforms — a strong advantage. 

• Experience working with global teams — an advantage.
