Head of Product Design

The Head of Product Design will define and elevate the design standard across multiple fast-growing gaming and social casino brands. This role combines strategic thinking, operational execution, and creative excellence. You will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams, championing design best practices, and leveraging AI to drive scalable, high-impact design systems. You will lead by example — remaining hands-on and deeply involved in the craft, contributing directly to key product features, prototypes, and design systems.
