About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of QA to lead our quality efforts at Unframe. In this role, you’ll have full ownership of quality across the company - leading both QA and automation while defining testing strategies, processes, and infrastructure.You’ll be responsible for ensuring we deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA engineers and automation developers


• Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and best practices


• Own manual and automated testing across the platform


• Drive automation and improve testing coverage


• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams


• Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows


• Ensure product quality, performance, and scalability
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in QA, including at least 2+ years leading QA and automation efforts


• Strong hands-on experience with test automation


• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript


• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium


• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)


• Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure), including setting up and managing environments


• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or similar


• Familiarity with Docker or virtualized environments as part of testing workflows


• Experience with test and bug management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar


• Experience working with or leveraging AI tools to improve development or testing workflows
