Job Description - Head of Sales - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales. In this pivotal role, you will lead the sales efforts for our partner in a complex and dynamic environment. Your strategic vision will drive revenue growth, while collaborating closely with marketing and cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for setting specific goals and implementing effective strategies to grow the client base and develop existing relationships. This position demands a consultative approach to selling, ensuring that the value offered aligns with client needs and business objectives. Your leadership will be essential in shaping a successful sales organization.

Accountabilities

    • Understand competitive landscape and industry specific trends
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to develop new business and hit (or exceed) annual sales targets
    • Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for organisational planning and strategic decision making
    • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
    • Continuously improve and communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
    • Refine our solutions offering and execute the go-to market strategy
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Support account planning and development with Engagement Managers
    • Manage the full sales activity lifecycle from outreach to expansion
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring involvement of other departments in sales activities
    • Lead and coach the sales team

Requirements

    • At least 10 years of experience selling technology/IT professional services and meeting/exceeding targets
    • Excellent level of Spanish and English (spoken and written)
    • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including crafting proposals
    • Good understanding of the technology industry, particularly modern technology and Agile
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization
    • In-depth understanding of consultative selling and sales practices
    • Experience developing client-focused, differentiated solutions
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to drive decisions
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Proven leadership and team building skills
