Business Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company's cybersecurity sales strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives. 
  • Build annual sales plans, revenue forecasts, and market expansion strategies. 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing cybersecurity sales team. 
  • Establish sales governance, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement. 
  • Identify emerging cybersecurity market trends and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and strategic account growth. 
  • Develop executive-level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CROs, Heads of Information Security, and business leaders. 
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract closure. 
  • Prepare strategic proposals, business cases, presentations, and commercial negotiations. 
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, margin, and pipeline targets
  • Develop cybersecurity business specifically within: 
    • Commercial Banks 

    • Islamic Banks 

    • Financial Institutions 

    • Payment Service Providers 

    • Mobile Financial Services 

    • Insurance Companies 

    • Capital Markets 

  • Understand regulatory and compliance requirements including: 
    • Central Bank security guidelines 

    • PCI-DSS 

    • ISO 27001 

    • SWIFT CSP 

    • Digital banking security frameworks 

  • Position cybersecurity solutions addressing fraud prevention, identity security, SOC modernization, cloud security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
  • Own revenue, profitability, and gross margin performance. 
  • Develop pricing strategies and commercial models. 
  • Review contracts, commercial risks, and profitability before deal closure. 
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and executive reports.

Academic Qualification 
  • B.Sc. in CSE/EEE/ETE/Telecommunication/Engineering or equivalent from any UGC-approved university.
  • MBA or business/management qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant professional certifications in cloud, architecture, security, virtualization, or enterprise infrastructure are strongly preferred.
Job Experience Required 
  • Minimum 12–15 years of total ICT experience, including 3-5 years in CS Sales, Cybersecurity solution sales (NGFW, Endpoint, SIEM, WAF), Application Delivery/Load Balancing, cloud architecture, or enterprise platform design. 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, post-sales advisory, customer success, delivery governance, or partner/OEM solutioning. 
  • Proven experience leading technical teams, solution architects, pre-sales/post-sales engineers, or delivery teams with responsibility for mentoring, task governance, execution follow-up, and stakeholder coordination. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing pre-sales operations or market development across single or multi-country territories (e.g., SAARC region). 
  • Proven OEM work experience with multiple technology principals/vendors including solution positioning, BOM/BOQ validation, and pricing alignment. 
  • Experience in BFSI (Banking), Government/Public Sector Ministries, Telecom, Cloud Service Provider, or System Integrator technology projects is highly preferred.
