We are seeking a dedicated leader to serve as the Head of School at our Santa Clara campus. This is a meaningful opportunity to join our team and lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

Your Role

As Head of School, you will:

• Guide and support a team of committed Montessori educators, encouraging their professional growth.


• Build strong, trusting relationships with families and foster a connected school community.


• Support enrollment efforts and ensure retention by creating a welcoming and supportive environment for families.


• Take the lead in parent communication, ensuring that families feel informed, heard, and valued.


• Ensure program quality, uphold Montessori principles, and maintain compliance with California’s Community Care Licensing Division.


• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen our community and welcome new families to our school.

Who You Are

• An experienced leader with at least two years in a childcare setting and at least one year in an assistant director or director role


• A strong communicator who builds connections with children, families, and staff


• Someone who values consistency, emotional security, and community in early childhood education


• Fully qualified to serve as a childcare center director under California licensing requirements; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
