Head of Signal Analysis

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. 

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

Exodigo is looking for a Head of Signal Analysis to lead the company's signal interpretation and subsurface intelligence organization.

This role is responsible for the professional leadership, quality, operational excellence, and continuous development of Exodigo's Signal Analysis and LiDAR teams. The position owns the methodologies, standards, and processes that transform sensor data into reliable underground intelligence products while supporting company growth, product innovation, and delivery excellence.

The role manages team leads and analysts and works closely with R&D, Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Professional Leadership

• Define and maintain professional standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of interpretation quality and accuracy.
• Lead professional development and knowledge management across the organization.

Team Leadership

• Lead Signal Analysis and LiDAR team leaders and analysts.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and team capabilities.
• Build a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure efficient execution of analysis activities across projects.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Support scalable processes that enable business growth.

Quality & Data Integrity

• Own the quality of interpretation outputs and data validation processes.
• Establish KPIs and monitor team performance and quality trends.
• Ensure consistency between analysis outputs and final deliverables.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with R&D, Product and Engineering .
• Support rollout of new products, workflows, and technologies.
• Drive alignment between operational, technical, and business objectives.

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and team leaders.
• Strong analytical, operational, and people-management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical organizations.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
• B.Sc. in Engineering, Geophysics, GIS, Geomatics, Physics, or a related field-Advantage
