Head of Strategic Finance

As we scale from research and development to full-scale manufacturing and commercialization, we are looking for a Head of Strategic Finance to guide our financial roadmap, operational efficiency, and investment strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll work closely with the executive team, owning our financial model and partnering across the business to drive growth with discipline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and refinement of long-term financial strategies aligned with company objectives

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support decision-making across R&D, manufacturing, and go-to-market teams

• Own company-level forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning

• Partner with Product, Operations, and People teams to evaluate resource allocation and investment trade-offs

• Track and report key business metrics, providing clear insights to leadership and the board

• Develop financial narratives to support fundraising, board materials, and investor conversations
