Job Description

The Header Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components used in industrial equipment manufacturing, specifically for high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. This role requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly. The Welder must maintain high-quality standards and strictly adhere to all safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with MIG and TIG welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in welding tube to plate, plate to plate, and pipe to plate configurations
• Proper setup of welding machines and tools before initiating work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Conduct welding repairs while maintaining quality and safety standards
