What You Will Do:

• Lead the Customer Lifetime Value Management (CLVM) transformation for Luminor and build customer centric engagement model.

• Develop and implement the overall strategy and roadmap for the Customer Lifetime Value Management program, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

• Own the business case and roadmap for the transformation.

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of customer campaigns across multiple channels to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

• Track initiative deliverables and support initiative owners with resourcing to deliver on the initiatives.

• Analyze customer data and behavioral insights to identify opportunities for activation optimization, segmentation, and targeting, using data-driven decision-making to maximize customer lifetime value.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating CLVM effectiveness, track and report on metrics regularly, and leverage insights to make data-backed recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, data analytics, and IT, to align campaign objectives, share insights, and coordinate resources effectively.

• Update Management Board on progress and key initiatives.

• Secure high quality and compliance of development projects and solutions in use. Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality products within the sprint timelines.

• Implement the Luminor strategy within the team and transform it into actionable outcomes. Close cooperation with other Departments to achieve common business targets.

• Be a role model and develop the team members through various leadership techniques (coaching, leading virtual teams, performance management, etc.)

What We Expect: 

• Experience in campaign management, customer lifecycle marketing, or related roles.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Automation.

• Proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.

• Knowledge of customer and employee behavior patterns

• Transformation management experience (would be a preference)
