About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Health & Benefits Sales Professional to join our mid-market sales team. In this hybrid role, you will drive revenue by managing a large book of business, engaging C-suite executives, and delivering innovative employee benefits solutions for companies with 1,000–5,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a large mid-market book of business through consultative, broker-style sales.
Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including pricing negotiations and proposal presentations.
Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to uncover opportunities.
Develop innovative solutions for employee benefits, health plans, financial security, and career development.
Research market trends, identify new accounts, and expand existing client relationships.
Represent the company at industry events and professional organizations to expand your network.
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required.
5+ years of health and benefits sales experience targeting companies with 1,000–5,000 employees.
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and managing complex mid-market accounts.
Strong consultative selling skills with experience in broker-style, solution-based sales.
Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
Reside within commuting distance of Denver office; ALASKA & HAWAII excluded.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with employee benefits consulting products and services
