Performs a variety of technical and administrative activities in administering a human resources program/function – areas include benefits. Determines eligibility, researches and gathers relevant information/data, and maintains a computerized diary pertaining to each individual case/issue. Reviews and processes a variety of documents and reconciles data and billing reports. Responds to escalated inquiries and works with third-party administrator or vendor to resolve case or system issues. Maintains provider network database and serves as primary point of contact for provider network questions, support, and other related tasks.Job Description:
The candidate selected for this role must come on site for work 8-12 days per month (2-3 days a week). Candidate must live a commutable distance to the office in Sacramento.

Pay Range is $32.36 to $46.93 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
