• Lead, mentor, and support the Health & Wellness team to deliver exceptional resident care.
• Oversee resident assessments, service plans, and clinical documentation to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, hospice providers, and families.
• Ensure safe medication management and oversee nursing services throughout the community.
• Monitor resident health, identify changes in condition, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and clinical best practices.
• Participate in resident move-in assessments and ongoing care planning.
• Respond to resident concerns, emergencies, and clinical situations with professionalism and compassion.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment that supports both residents and team members.
• Active Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year of experience working with older adults or in senior living.
• At least two years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication management, and care planning skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using electronic health records and other computer systems.
• Flexible to support evenings, weekends, and Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
