• Overseeing day-to-day clinical care and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards training, mentoring, and supervising nursing and caregiving staff

What You’ll Bring:

• Active LPN license in the state of Iowa (Required)
• Prior experience in nursing leadership or floor supervision (Required)
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-term care (Preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• A commitment to quality, compliance, and resident-centered service
• Compassionate leadership and a team-first attitude
