Health & Wellness Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and organized Health & Wellness Manager to lead our health services team and ensure students have access to the care and support they need to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

As the administrative lead for our Health & Wellness Program, you’ll oversee a broad range of student health services, including:

• Basic medical care, chronic condition management, mental health support

• Oral health, medication management, and family planning

• Nutrition, fitness, and tobacco prevention programs

• Emergency response and infection control

• Wellness education and disability coordination

You’ll supervise staff, manage health programs, coordinate care with external providers, maintain compliance, and ensure students feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Qualifications: 

Minimum: Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing. Must have active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where the center is located.   

Preferred:?Three years’ experience as a practicing nurse, one of which was in a lead or supervisory capacity. 

Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of nursing techniques/procedures and time management. Excellent communication and skills, both oral and written. Familiarity with medical needs of disadvantaged youth. Must obtain and maintain CPR. Sound management techniques. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
