Job Title: Health and Wellness Specialist / Team Member
Location: iCRYO Wexford – Located at Pine Tree Shoppes in Wexford, PA (Opening Fall 2025)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (8 AM – 8 PM) & Sunday (10 AM – 6 PM)
Compensation: $26.00/hour + generous commissions & growth opportunities
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (includes one unpaid lunch hour per shift)
Estimated Start Date: September 2025 ( estimated)
Note: Two weeks of paid training prior to starting full time is required

This is your chance to join the launch team of Pennsylvania’s first iCRYO location, bringing cutting-edge wellness and recovery services to Wexford. Located at Pine Tree Shoppes, iCRYO Wexford will transform how people feel, perform, and recover through science-backed wellness services like cryotherapy, infrared sauna, body sculpting, IV therapy, red light therapy, and more.
We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic, and wellness-savvy team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and has a passion for holistic health and biohacking.

Position Overview
As a Health and Wellness Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests—welcoming them, educating them on services, and helping them achieve their personal recovery and performance goals. This is a client-facing role that combines hospitality, sales, and wellness expertise.
You’ll work closely with the operations and clinical teams to ensure guests receive a safe, seamless, and elevated experience. From delivering exceptional service to supporting daily center activities, you’ll play a key role in building a strong wellness community.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
Educate clients on services based on their needs and goals
Ensure each guest feels supported, safe, and empowered on their wellness journey

Sales & Commissions

Drive membership sales and upsell services with confidence and integrity
Meet weekly/monthly goals and earn commission for performance
Support team promotions, campaigns, and local events

Wellness Knowledge & Engagement

Stay up to date with recovery modalities and biohacking trends
Share your passion for health, wellness, and performance optimization
Engage with guests both in-center and on social media platforms to promote offerings

Team Culture & Operations

Collaborate with the operations and clinical teams to ensure safety, service consistency, and efficiency
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Communicate openly with team members and management
Take initiative and ownership of daily responsibilities

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in wellness, fitness, or health-related industries
Background or interest in biohacking, recovery, or holistic health
High energy, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication—comfortable talking with guests and on camera
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable working the full posted schedule (flexibility for holidays or events a plus)
Must complete training and pass iCRYO service certifications
Must be available for two weeks of paid training prior to opening
Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment
